The Val d'Isarco offers a total of 240 km of cross-country tracks. In Brixen there are some wonderful trails with various levels of difficulties. Every resort in the Ziller Valley has its own cross-country network. In total this forms a network of approx. 200 km length. With a total of 80 km of tracks this is the first holiday region in the Ziller Valley, together with the resorts Bruck, Fügen, Kaltenbach, Strass, Stumm and Uderns which form the ideal destination for cross-country skiers. Oetz offers various romantic round corses starting at the edge of the resort wth a total of 10 km length. A free shuttle bus takes you from Oetz to the high altitude tracks to Kühtai and Niederthai. Nordic skiing fans will find their El Dorado at the cross-country centre in Längenfeld with a total of 60 km of trails. Additionally the other resorts in the Oetz Valley have their own tracks, including numerous snow-sure high-altitude trails as well as a flood-lit trail at Hochgurgl.

All together, St. Anton provides 44 km of cross-country skiing runs. The Verwall track (10 km), which leads you from St. Anton all the way around Verwall Lake, offers amazing scenery. The longest trail is the Stanzertal-Loipe (22 km) that starts in St Anton, leading through the Rosannatal via Pettneu to Flirsch.
