Chateau Broustet Sauternes 2007
The vineyard enjoys a privileged microclimate as a result of the nearby Garonne river and its tributary the Mite. In Autumn, this water is warmer than the surrounding air, and so morning fog is produced, promoting the development of pourriture noble on the grapes - ultimately the source of Sauterne's delicious candied fruit and mushroom character.
